THE MOST DELISH Cream Cheese Crumb Cake

I got my Betty Crocker on last week and this recipe is AMAZING to say the least. It’s made entirely from scratch – but super easy! (Who doesn’t love a good crumb cake?)

I tried out a little tasty-style video for today’s post and I show you how to make it in under 2 minutes! Everything you need to know is in the video and I have the list of ingredients below if you want to try it out yourself! ( I highly recommend you do ’cause YUM!)

INGREDIENTS:

CAKE
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 large egg
½ cup whole milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp canola oil

CREAM CHEESE FILLING
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 egg
¼ cup granulated sugar

CRUMB TOPPING
1¾ cups flour
½ cup packed light-brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
